Payment and Public Offer

This document describes payment for Movie Planner digital subscriptions. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer for users in the Russian Federation under applicable civil law.

1. Subject

Movie Planner provides access to extended features (PRO subscription, group options, etc., depending on the selected plan) in exchange for payment via YooKassa.

2. Price and payment moment

Prices are shown in the interface at checkout (bot, site, app, or Mini App). Currency is Russian ruble unless stated otherwise. Completing payment at YooKassa confirms the plan and amount.

3. Payment process

Card entry and 3-D Secure run on YooKassa's side. Movie Planner does not receive or store full card details.

4. Access after payment

After successful payment, subscription features activate automatically once the payment is confirmed (usually within minutes). If delayed, contact support with your account email or via @zapnikita95.

5. Subscription and auto-renewal

If auto-renewal applies to your plan, charges follow YooKassa rules and settings in the bot or cabinet. You can turn off auto-renewal before the next charge where the UI allows.

6. Refunds

Refunds for an already paid period are generally not provided unless required by mandatory law or resolved individually by support. Email movie-planner-bot@yandex.com with your account and payment ID.

7. Price changes

We may change prices for new purchases. Changes do not affect the current paid period.
