Privacy Policy
We treat your data responsibly. Below is what we process, why, who may receive it, and how to request account deletion. Jump to: account and data deletion.
1. Data controller
Movie Planner (Telegram bot @movie_planner_bot, website, Mini App, mobile app). Contact: movie-planner-bot@yandex.com, Telegram: @zapnikita95.
2. Data we process
- Account data. Telegram identifiers when you use the bot or sign in; profile fields available through Telegram auth; email and verification codes for email sign-in.
- Library and plans. Films, series, watch plans, ratings, notes, and settings you save in the service.
- Files. Ticket images and other files you attach to plans.
- Voice. Audio for speech recognition (search by description, voice planning).
- Search text. Queries and descriptions for recommendations.
- Push. Push tokens (FCM/APNs) and platform info for reminders.
- Location. Coordinates or address when you search for cinemas.
- Payments. Transaction IDs and payment status from YooKassa. We do not store full card details.
- Technical data. HTTPS requests and headers needed for security and stability.
3. Purposes
Providing Movie Planner features (library, plans, reminders, groups, search, stats, subscriptions), support, security, and legal compliance.
4. Legal bases
Contract performance; consent where requested (push, microphone, photos); legitimate interest for security where applicable.
5. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include Google (FCM), Apple (APNs), Yandex (maps), Groq (speech/LLM), TMDB, Kinopoisk API, Resend (email), YooKassa (payments), and hosting providers. Telegram processes data under its own rules when you use the bot or Mini App.
6. Account and data deletion
App: Movie Planner (including Android on Google Play). Developer: Zaporozhets Technologies.
How to request deletion
- Contact us via @movie_planner_bot, movie-planner-bot@yandex.com, or @zapnikita95.
- Ask to delete your Movie Planner account and related personal data.
- Verify identity from the same Telegram account or email you use to sign in.
- We respond within about 30 calendar days after we can identify your account.
After confirmed deletion we remove profile data, library, plans, ratings, uploaded files, push tokens, and sessions. Payment records may be retained as required by accounting and tax law.

7. Cookies and web storage
The site and Mini App may use cookies and local storage for sessions and settings.
8. Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction via the contacts above.
9. Children
The service is not intended for unsupervised use by children where parental consent is required by law.
